Lemony Granola with Poppy Seeds Porridge

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170ºC In a large bowl add the oats and oat flour

Step 2

Chop walnuts and almonds with a sharp knife

Step 3

Add the poppy seeds

Step 4

Add cinnamon, white mulberries and salt

Step 5

Zest a lemon and add to the bowl

Step 6

Mix together

Step 7

Add date caramel, tahini and apple puree

Step 8

Mix everything together

Step 9

Put all the granola chunks in a baking tray with baking paper or silicone paper

Step 10

Bake at 170ºC for 40 min flipping the granola in half time and until crispy and golden brown

Enjoy with fresh plant-based milk or yogurt with some seasonal fruit
