Salsa Verde | Vegan

This sauce is EASY and you only need 5 MINUTES to make. It is a typical Spanish Sauce to top in salads and sides. It is a BASIC to garnish your favourite recipes.We only need pantry staple ingredients: olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper, and a food proccessor.It is perfect to add to Our Healthy Fries or to simple baked potatoes and home made falafels. We also love to add this sauce to boiled potatoes and eat them with a summer salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, onion, green olives, red pepper and fresh asparagus. Want to save this Recipe for later? Salsa Verde

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground pepper to taste


  1. Blend garlic and parsley and add olive oil gradually. You can use EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) for strong flavour or 0,4 refined Olive Oil for milder flavour, we prefer to use this last one.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.


This recipe is perfect to add to our favourites Healthy French Fries.
