How to Make Easy and Vegan 100% Whole Wheat Naan Bread:
- Prepare all the ingredients: Whole wheat flour, unsweetened plant-based yogurt, unsweetened plant-based milk, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- In a large bowl add the dry ingredients and combine: flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Add wet ingredients: unsweetened plant-based yogurt (we used soy), and unsweetened plant-based milk (we used soy).
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Make a ball using your hands and set it aside for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 and roll out each piece into a rough oval shape, about 2 mm thick by transferring the balls onto a floured surface.

Preheat a large pan on medium-high heat and add a little bit of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).

Grill each Naan Bread on each side for about a minute, or until it’s golden and bubbly. Repeat with each Naan, and enjoy!
