Healthy Vegan Frosting

Would you take your dessert to the next level? This SIMPLE frosting will do. It is Healthy and Naturally Sweetened with ONLY 4 ingredients.If you have a sweet tooth, we recommend you to add a tablespoon of Favourite HEALTHY SWEETENER – Date Paste to the blender with all the ingredients:

Healthy Vegan Frosting
Yield: Dessert

Healthy Vegan Frosting

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

This SUPER Easy and Healthy Frosting will blow your mind!


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 3/4 cup vegetable milk (I use soy)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Soak cashews 4 hours in water or 10 minutes in hot water.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and let cool in the fridge before serving.


TIP: I usually heat water in the microwave for 2 minutes and then let the cashews for 10 minutes.

If you have sweet tooth you can add a tablespoon of Favourite HEALTHY SWEETENER – Date Paste to the blender and a pich of cinnamon.

You can modify the quantities in half or in double, it depends on the cake or dessert you bake. If you want the frosting for a cake I recommend you to make the quantities in half.
